With our complete brake service kits we offer you the oppurtunity to start and finish your brake job in one smooth, trouble free operation without the usual repeated trips to the auto parts store in order to locate an obscure part that more than likely must be ordered and then another trip back to the store to pick it up. Our kits include EVERY part required to finish your brake job. We even supply a full set of the correct wheel studs with each kit due to the likelihood of your old studs being damaged when seperating the brake drum from the wheel hubs. The only parts not included in out kits are the flexible brake hoses. These are all shown in Subgroup 24-05 Brake Tubes and Hoses.

Generally, no special tools are required for this installation other than a correct wheel hub puller for the rear axle hubs and a hydraulic press to remove and install the wheel studs. If you  don't have standard brake service tools available, we have them. Go to Group 33 Essential Tools for front drive flange pullers, front spindle nut sockets and rear hub pullers. Go to Subgroup 24-03C-4 Brake Service Tools for brake spring pliers, brake spring hooks, brake anchor pin adjusting tools and brake bleeder wrenches.

This 9” brake service kit is for the late CJ-2A and the CJ-3A with tapered rear axles.
